Q. How do I create a Georgia Lottery Players Club account?
A. It’s simple. Just go to galottery.com to sign up.
Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
A. Go to galottery.com, and follow the instructions to have your password reset. You’ll need to use the original email used to open your Players Club account.
Q. How do I update my Players Club account information?
A. Just log in to your Players Club account, and select Manage Profile.
Q. What should I do if I encounter a problem entering my Scratchers?
A. Click Feedback to submit your question. We will assist you via return email within 24 -48 hours. The more details you can provide, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.
Playing for Prizes
Q. I am not able to enter my non-winning PAC-MAN® Scratcher. When I click Play for Prizes, I am asked to log in. Why is this happening?
A. To play the game for prizes, you need a Georgia Lottery Players Club account. To open an account, go to galottery.com to sign up.
Q. Where do I find the numbers I am supposed to enter?
A. The numbers are the 11-digit number on the front of the ticket under the scratch covering below the play area.
Q. I received a message that says my non-winning PAC-MAN® Scratcher has been entered already. How can that be if I have the Scratcher in my possession, and what should I do?
A. First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the non-winning Scratcher has not been entered already. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Georgia Lottery will investigate.
Q. How many times can I play a day?
A. You can enter up to 30 eligible, non-winning PAC-MAN® Scratchers per day for this promotion.
Q. Do I have to make it on the leaderboard to be eligible to win a prize?
A. No. Every non-winning PAC-MAN® Scratcher entered is placed into the monthly prize drawings.
Q. How do I make it onto the leaderboard?
A. By reaching the highest score during the given entry period.
Q. May I dispose of my non-winning PAC-MAN® Scratchers after I have entered them?
A. Yes, you may! For this promotion, you do not need to keep your non-winning Scratchers once you have entered them successfully.
Q. I live out of state. Am I eligible to enter?
A. Yes. You just need to open a Georgia Lottery Players Club account.
Playing for Fun
Q. Do you need to register for a Players Club account to play for fun?
A. No. Just click Play for Fun and select the game you want to play.
Winners and Prizes
Q. What are my chances of winning a prize?
A. Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received for a drawing.
Q. How do I find out if I have won a prize?
A. Winners will be notified by the Lottery using the contact information in your Players Club account. Please make sure all your information is current. Following winner verification, the winners’ information will be posted on the Drawings and Winners page.
Q. How many times can I win a prize?
A. You may only win one (1) prize in a drawing.
Q. Will my entries be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing?
A. Yes, all non-selected entries from prior drawings are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing with respect to the entry period.
