The Microsite is owned by Pollard Banknote Limited (referred to as "us" or "we" or "Pollard"), with certain intellectual property assets used under license and with the permission of Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. (“Bandai’) and is provided for the sole purpose of administering services on behalf of the Lottery in connection with the Lottery’s Second-Chance promotions (the "Second-Chance Promotion"). Your privacy is important to us, and our policy is simple: we will only collect personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, your name, address, age, telephone number, etc.) when you provide such information in order to participate in the Second-Chance Promotions including winning and collecting prizes in connection therewith. At the discretion of Pollard or the Lottery, such files or data may also be routinely purged. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USES OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Personally Identifiable Information. Personally identifiable information is information that identifies a specific user of the Microsite. When you register ticket entries for the Second-Chance Promotion via the Microsite, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), email address, telephone number and date of birth. It is optional for you to provide your personally identifiable information. However, if you elect not to provide the requested personally identifiable information, you will not be able to register for the Second-Chance Promotion and other services offered through the Microsite.

We or the Lottery may use your personally identifiable information to conduct the Second-Chance Promotion, notify you of prizes you have won, distribute prizes to you, and send you periodic emails that you have asked to receive. We may also use personally identifiable information to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, accomplish administrative tasks, contact you, enforce our agreements with you, including our Microsite Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
